CONTEXT:

infoDev and the World Bank Group in partnership with the Asian Development Bank organised a Proof Of Concept competition to support the launch of the Climate Innovation Center in Vietnam. The Vietnam CIC aims to provide financing, training, and business advisory services to the growing number of clean energy and climate technology ventures. It establishes regional institutional capacity that aims to support emerging entrepreneurs and new ventures involved in developing locally appropriate solutions to climate change mitigation and adaptation.

E. C. Digital Solutions was in charge of the overall digital communication of the project.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Create a social media community
  • Raise awareness of the project by setting up a LinkedIn campaign
  • Build a responsive informational website with interactive content
  • Write and broadcast press releases to reach out to media and potential partners
  • Make use of a digital cross strategy to have a strong online presence
